Rebuilds and redesigns
The site you paid for
never brought the work in
A website redesign is only worth doing if it changes what happens next, which means more people finding you on Google and more of them ringing. We rebuild slow, invisible trade sites into fast ones that get found, then look after the Google side every month. £250 to set up, then £100 a month.
The Problem
A website that brings in nothing still costs you every month.
Most trades we speak to already have a site. Somebody built it, it went live, and then nothing happened. No calls, no enquiries, no sign it made the slightest difference to the diary. It usually comes down to the same three things, and none of them are fixed by a new colour scheme. Worth reading alongside what a site built for a trade actually has to do.
It was never built to be found
Tidy layout, decent photos, and not one page aimed at the searches your customers actually type. If nothing on the site says clearly what you do and which towns you cover, Google has very little to rank you for.
It is too slow to survive a phone
Most people find you on a phone, often on patchy signal. A heavy page builder site takes a few seconds to appear, and by then the customer has tapped back and rung the next name on the list instead.
You cannot get anything changed
New service, new number, new photos from last week's job, and every small edit means chasing whoever built it. So it never gets updated, the content goes stale, and the site quietly slides further down.
Rebuild or Patch
What we keep, and what we replace.
What we keep
Your domain, the email addresses running on it, your business name, your Google reviews, and any photographs of real finished jobs worth showing off. We keep the page addresses that already bring visitors in, so nothing you have built up over the years gets binned.
What we replace
Everything else. New structure, a page for each service and each town you cover, copy written the way you actually talk about the work, and a fast build with the call and WhatsApp buttons where a thumb can reach them one handed.
What gets added
The two things most old sites never had: a Google Business Profile looked after every month, and tap to review NFC cards so happy customers leave a review before they have got their boots off. The website on its own was never the whole job.

How It Works
How a rebuild actually runs.
A straight answer on what you have
Send us your web address on WhatsApp. We check the loading speed, what Google has indexed, and how your listing sits against the firms above you. Then we tell you plainly whether a rebuild is worth your money, or whether two or three fixes would do.
We agree what stays
We go through the pages worth keeping, the photos worth using again, and the searches you want to win in the towns you cover. You sign that list off before anyone builds a thing, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.
We build it alongside the old one
Your current site stays live the whole time. We build the new one, move the content over, set redirects so old links still land somewhere sensible, and switch it across on a day that suits you.
Then we keep working on it
Launch is the start, not the finish. Every month your profile gets fresh posts and updates, reviews build, and you get a one page report showing where you rank and exactly what moved. That is the £100 a month, and you can stop it whenever you like.
FAQ
Questions we get before a rebuild.
Fix it if the bones are sound, meaning decent loading speed, a sensible page structure, and pages aimed at real searches. Rebuild when it is slow, when one page tries to cover everything you do, or when you cannot edit it yourself. We tell you which one you are looking at before you pay anything.
Not if the move is done properly. We keep the page addresses that already earn visits, redirect anything we change, and carry the content and images across. Your business name, reviews and Google listing are untouched, and for local searches those do most of the heavy lifting anyway.
Yes. The domain stays in your name, the email addresses running on it keep working, and we point the domain at the new site on switchover day. If your old developer is holding the domain, we walk you through getting it back into your own account first.
£250 to set up, then £100 a month. That is the whole package: the new site built and hosted, your Google Business Profile set up and managed every month, and your NFC review card. Same price whether it is a rebuild or a first website. No tiers and no upsells.
Most sites go live within one to two weeks of us getting your photos and details, and your old site stays up until the day we switch it over. Bigger builds take a little longer, but you get a firm date before we start instead of a vague promise.
